Position Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Social Work. This is a direct entry position. A valid driver's licence.
Competencies:
Knowledge of record maintenance procedures and practices; Experience in counseling and resolving social queries; Ability to interact in a courteous manner Empathy
Good listening and communication skills Knowledge of applicable computer software
Annual Basic Salary Band 3 (P61, 204.00 - P88, 134.00 per annum).
Benefits:
Leave entitlement at 25 days per annum.
Optional Medical Aid subsidy (employer pays 50%).
Participation in the Secretariat Umbrella Fund (14% employer contribution
and 6% employee contribution).
Non-guaranteed motor vehicles, residential property and personal loans.
