We are seeking full-time staff members to join our Public Administration and Governance (PAG) practice. The practice wins and implements projects with governments in developing and transitional countries to ensure good governance through institutional reform and capacity building to improve structures and enhance efficiency and effectiveness across their administrations. The work encompasses reform and development within the fields of:
• Public Administration
• Governance;
• Education;
• Social Protection; and
• Civil Society
Based in our London office, the role will entail overseas travel and will involve developing and bidding for assignments and delivering consulting services in:
• HRM and capacity building of civil services;
• Sustainable development of educations and learning in vocational education and training;
• Reorganisation and chance management of social protection systems; and
• Minority rights and civil society advancement.
These appointments will be for those with relevant post graduate experience. All candidates for these positions should have relevant degrees, sound theoretical and practical abilities in the appropriate disciplines and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with DFID, World Bank, EC and other Aid agency procedures and previous work of a similar nature will be an advantage. Fluency in English is essential.
