Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining a direct relationship w/ technical area of entertainment content providers
- Improving quality of entertainment services (Caller Tunes, Premium SMS, Bonane, etc.)
- Internal communications of entertainment products and services
- Designing processes oriented towards following-up on customer service input
- Defining and monitoring Quality KPI’s / Customer Experience KPI’s for the entertainment category
- Following up technical KPI’s for the entertainment category
- Following up all initiatives for operational excellence in entertainment products and services
- Delivering and tracking the entertainment promotions budget
- Forecasting of entertainment products and services
- Delivering MIC and internal entertainment business reporting
- Pricing analysis for entertainment products and services
- Control of reconciliations with entertainment content providers
- Work & Educational background
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Information Technology or Business Administration
